Pretty Embossed Cupcakes

Cupcakes are a trendy business the last few years. I haven’t been too impressed. Most of them are cake mixes with a lot of icing. Pretty, but too much icing to make them frilly, fancy and fussy looking.
Today I came across an embossed cupcake style. Very pretty but without globs and globs of icing. They were made by The Perfect Dozen Cupcakery, far, far, far away in Queensland, Australia.

Sailing by Christopher Cross was just on. What a great piece of music. One of the few that still makes me stop whatever I’m doing and just listen all the way through.

1. I wrote some on my other blog but I didn’t promise I’d actually keep any of them. This year is off to a backwards start anyway.
2. A better coffee than the one I have in front of me. It’s gotten cold. I don’t really want to eat anything right now. So I am content as far as food cravings.
3. I just had my birthday a week before Christmas.
4. An hour ago I finally got the Doctor Who Christmas special to load up and play on the Space channel’s website. It was great! I hope they run it again on TV soon cause my computer’s sound wouldn’t go up loud enough for me to hear it very well.
5. I’ve been sick for over a week. I haven’t cooked anything. I don’t really enjoy cooking when it’s just for myself anyway.

I don’t eat out very often. It’s nice to have a break from eating in all the time. But, the idea is good.
